We have over ten years of experience in real estate, and  looking to grow our portfolio. Creative Development Real Estate LLC started out of necessity to help provide a better living for families from low income communities. We primarily deal in multi-family units of pristine quality to guarantee a memorable living experience for tenants.

The real estate industry amounts to a $10.5 trillion market as of 2020. There are countless ways to get involved in the industry and build success. I have established myself as a reputable source in the industry and have done it by investing in our community.

Building up our community has always been a passion of ours, and Creative Development Real Estate LLC has allowed us the capacity to do so.
